Project development
Mulberry silk sleepwear and underwear, considered as an extension to your collection.

Long or short pyjama sets, with 19 / 22 momme as fabric development starting points. Fit, colour, size chart and trims are agreed for each project.
Developed around a mulberry silk main fabric. Gusset, waistband and elastic materials are specified separately; a silk main fabric does not mean every component is 100% silk.
These are development options. Materials, construction, item codes, minimum quantities, prices and timing are confirmed separately. Colourfastness, shrinkage and care requirements are reviewed for each product.
Collection imagery illustrates proposed styling. Materials, construction and packaging are confirmed through sample approval.
Send the garment type, destination market, size range and a measurement chart. Include fabric composition, momme, weave, colour, fit and the details of cuffs, fastenings, pockets and seams. A reference garment or technical drawing helps make the construction requirements clear.
Specify components separately: the main silk fabric, gusset, waistband, elastic, thread and trims may have different compositions. Agree the label wording and care instructions for the finished garment. Review fit, stitching, colourfastness and shrinkage through sampling or testing appropriate to the project.
Sleepwear and underwear require separate production-partner confirmation; they do not share the comforter specification or quotation. Minimum quantities, sample costs and timing depend on the garment and selected materials. Read our custom development requirements and sample approval guidance before sending your brief.
