Information you provide

We receive the contact details, company information, project specifications and messages you choose to send by email or through our enquiry form.

How we use it

We use this information to assess and respond to your project, prepare relevant product or commercial information, communicate about the relationship and meet legal obligations.

Project confidentiality

We do not publish or sell buyer project information. Where a project requires information to be shared with a potential manufacturing or service partner, we aim to limit it to what is needed for feasibility, quotation or delivery.

Enquiry form

Formspree processes form submissions on our behalf and forwards enquiries to our configured recipient mailbox. Your submitted details may also be stored in our Formspree account and processed for spam prevention. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information. See Formspree’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Website services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Hosting, font and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services. Optional website analytics are described below.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, approximate visitor locations, devices, referral sources, catalogue downloads and enquiry activity. The analytics tag is loaded only after you accept. You can decline and still browse, download the catalogue or contact us.

We do not send the name, email address, company name or message entered in our enquiry form to Google Analytics. Our analytics events use the collection and enquiry type you select, without the free-text contents of your enquiry. A submitted enquiry is counted only when the form service confirms success; it does not represent a completed order.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may store first-party measurement cookies for up to six months. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Declining after acceptance stops analytics on this site and removes its Google Analytics cookies from this browser; it does not erase data already processed.

Google may process analytics information on servers outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy for details. We do not enable advertising personalisation through this integration. Reports may be incomplete when visitors decline analytics or block tracking.
