For a pillowcase, specify the finished dimensions, fabric composition, momme, weave, colour and closure. Include an envelope overlap or zipper requirement, label position and unit packaging. For a sleep mask, specify the contact fabric, lining, padding, strap and fit separately rather than assuming the whole item has one composition.
Send your destination market, estimated quantity and any required testing or labelling documents. A reference sample or dimensioned drawing helps define the result you expect. Fabric weight, colour, seam finish, shrinkage and care instructions should be reviewed with the sample before order confirmation.
